Junior Culinary Arts Program

Our food truck serves freshly prepared meals made with locally sourced ingredients while giving Club teens hands-on experience running a culinary business. Look for the Blue CanTEEN around town at businesses, schools, events, and community markets.

The Junior Culinary Arts Program provides teens ages 15–18 with real-world culinary, leadership, and life skills. Teens train in our state-of-the-art kitchens and on the Blue CanTEEN food truck, gaining experience in:

  • Culinary fundamentals and baking
  • Kitchen safety, sanitation, and nutrition basics
  • Purchasing, inventory, and cost control
  • Menu writing and customer service

The program emphasizes teamwork, technical knowledge, and entrepreneurship to prepare youth for future careers.
