Pamela joined BGCCC in 2023, bringing over 20 years of high-level experience supporting CEOs across a diverse range of industries, including nonprofit, healthcare, real estate development, and corporate sectors. Her career has been defined by her ability to anticipate executive needs, streamline operations, and foster strategic alignment between leadership and organizational goals. As a Strategic Liaison of Executive Affairs, Pamela facilitates critical communications, ensures cross-functional collaboration is seamless, serves as a trusted advisor and gatekeeper to the CEO, and creates space for the CEO to focus on visionary leadership. Pamela has a deep love for children, which fuels her passion for the Club’s mission. She feels genuinely aligned with the organization’s purpose and is proud to contribute to its impact.
