Paul Donahue brings more than 25 years of executive management experience and a proven record of building high-performance teams, strengthening organizations, and fostering lasting community partnerships. Known for his strong leadership and collaborative approach, he has consistently driven growth and operational excellence across multiple industries. His lifelong dedication to youth development reflects his belief in the power of safe & supportive environments to help children realize their full potential.

Tony Conway - Chief Development Officer

Anthony “Tony” Conway serves as Chief Development Officer for the Boys & Girls Club of Collier County, leading fundraising and donor engagement efforts to advance the Club’s mission. With more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit development, he brings a strong track record of driving sustainable growth and building meaningful community partnerships. A native of Long Island and a Marist University graduate in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing, Tony is known for his strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and deep commitment to youth development. Now, based in Naples, he is excited to contribute to the local community and expand the Club’s impact on the lives of Collier youth.

Jaime Buitrago

VP of Human Resources & Facilities

With over 30 years as a Collier County resident, Jaime Buitrago brings deep expertise in Banking and Human Resources. After earning both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from Hodges University, Jaime has contributed to organizations such as First Citizens Bank, Hodges University, and now serves as Vice President of Human Resources & Facilities at the Boys and Girls Club of Collier County. Jaime is passionate about giving back to the community and is dedicated to fostering growth and opportunity for local youth.

Isis LaRose

VP of Partnerships & Strategic Relations

Isis LaRose brings more than 24 years of combined experience in healthcare and nonprofit leadership, with a strong focus on strengthening families and building community partnerships. She began her nonprofit journey with Better Together in 2018, where she advanced into executive leadership, ultimately serving as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships & Market Development. In that role, she led statewide partnerships with the Department of Children and Families, school districts, hospitals, and law enforcement agencies, helping expand services to 48 counties and supporting efforts that kept more than 12,000 children out of foster care with a 98% success rate.

Isis’ connection to the Boys & Girls Club mission is deeply personal. Through her work in both the medical field and nonprofit space, she saw firsthand how access to safe, reliable afterschool programs allowed families to remain stable, giving parents the ability to work while ensuring their children were safe, supported, and on a path toward a strong future.

Her commitment to the community has been recognized through honors such as the Dean Blietz Memorial Award from the Lee County Homeless Coalition in 2018, and being named a 40 Under 40 honoree in 2023.

In addition to her professional experience, Isis has served as a volunteer host family since 2017, welcoming 35 children into her home—an experience that continues to shape her leadership and commitment to the community.

With over a decade of experience in marketing, communications, and event management, she is dedicated to showcasing the life-changing programs and success stories that highlight the transformative power of the Club’s mission. Martha’s work focuses on engaging the community, strengthening awareness, and inspiring support to ensure every Club member is empowered to build a Great Future.

Shani Rodriguez - Senior Director of Programs & Grants

Shani brings more than 25 years of experience in youth development and nonprofit leadership to the Boys & Girls Club of Collier County. She has led major expansions in college and career readiness, academic mentoring, and work-based learning. In addition to overseeing large-scale programs and staff teams, Shani has secured substantial state and local funding and worked closely with BGCCC’s leadership to strengthen operations and align budgets with strategic priorities. A longtime Collier County resident, she has cultivated strong partnerships with schools, businesses, and community organizations. As a wife and mother of four, she understands the challenges facing working families and brings a culturally responsive, bilingual approach to engaging youth and families. Shani is deeply committed to advancing equity and opportunity for all young people in Collier County.

Beth Anderson - Full Charge Bookkeeper

Beth, a proud Green Bay, Wisconsin native, holds an associate’s degree in accounting and brings over 20 years of expertise in public tax and accounting. In December 2022, she began her role as Full Charge Bookkeeper with an eye for detail and a strong sense of purpose. Her work experience helps keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes. Beth finds great fulfillment in working for an organization that has a meaningful impact on the lives of children every single day.

Nigel Smith

Nigel has been a dedicated member of the Boys & Girls Club team since 2022, bringing over 11 years of experience in education as both a teacher and coach. He holds a master’s degree in education from Wingate University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Winthrop University. As the Director of Community Engagement, Nigel is passionate about building meaningful relationships that connect the community to the Club and create lasting opportunities for young people. He finds purpose in fostering partnerships that empower volunteers and corporate partners to make a real difference through service and collaboration.

He has led projects throughout Florida and the Southeast, with a focus on site selection, underwriting, and portfolio growth, supported by a strong foundation in relationship management and strategic planning. His career includes key roles at TerraCap Management, Stiles Corporation, PEBB Enterprises, and Lee & Associates, where he managed acquisitions of retail, office, and multifamily assets nationwide. Thomas is also a frequent speaker at Family Office Real Estate Summits, sharing insights on value-add strategies and private equity structuring. He holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Providence College.

With over six years of experience in the organization and a Bachelor of Science in Child and Youth Studies from Florida Gulf Coast University, Felicia brings both expertise and passion to her role. She works alongside a dedicated team to create meaningful opportunities for young people to grow and succeed. As a proud Immokalee native, Felicia is committed to serving the youth of her community, planting seeds that will help them flourish for years to come.

Stephanie serves as the 21st Century Community Learning Center (21st CCLC) Program Director at BGCCC, a role she has held since 2023. She brings over a decade of experience in education, with a strong background in program development, grant management, and community engagement. Stephanie has a successful track record of designing and leading innovative out-of-school-time programs that support academic achievement, social-emotional development, and college and career readiness for K–12 students. Since joining BGCCC, Stephanie has been committed to expanding high-quality learning opportunities for youth. She holds a Master of Education in School Counseling and is passionate about fostering supportive environments where all children feel empowered to thrive.

Jakella Davis

Jakella has been with the Boys & Girls Club for nearly two years, but her connection to the Club began long before that. She was a Club member from second to seventh grade and recalls enjoying her afternoons and summers at the Club. During her time as a member, she was taught valuable skills that shaped her into a multifaceted individual. Now, as a Program Director, she is passionate about giving today’s youth the same opportunities for growth, learning, and self-discovery that she once experienced. By combining the lessons she learned as a member with the skills she developed through college and professional experience, she strives to create meaningful experiences that empower every member to reach their full potential.

Yaresly has been with the Boys & Girls Club for over a year, driving programs that foster leadership, skill development, and personal growth among teens. As an Immokalee native, she is passionate about giving back to the community that shaped her. Her goal is to inspire the next generation of leaders to dream boldly and achieve lasting success.
