Jaimil Rivera is the Director of Culinary Operations at the Boys & Girls Club of Collier County, where she has proudly served for the past two years. Originally from Puerto Rico, she brings a rich cultural perspective along with a strong background in culinary management, pastry arts, and luxury hospitality. Jaimil leads a multi-campus food operation and the Blue CanTEEN food truck program, driven by her passion for inspiring youth through creativity, teamwork, and the joy of food.
