Dear Community Partners, Donors and Friends,

We are pleased to share with you that the Board of Directors has unanimously named Paul Donahue as the next Chief Executive Officer of the Boys & Girls Club of Collier County (BGCCC). Paul’s first day in this role will be September 15th, 2025.

Paul Donahue brings more than 25 years of executive management experience and a proven record of building high-performance teams, strengthening organizations, and fostering lasting community partnerships. Known for his strong leadership and collaborative approach, he has consistently driven growth and operational excellence across multiple industries.

Before joining the Boys & Girls Club of Collier County, Paul held senior leadership roles within private equity firms as well as Peak Resorts, now owned by Vail, where he focused on operational expansion, customer experience, and organizational culture. His career is marked by a dedication to service and excellence that he now brings to the nonprofit sector.

A former ‘Club kid’ from Boston, Paul credits the Boys & Girls Club with shaping his character, discipline, and life trajectory. Deeply committed to youth development, he has served as a volunteer coach across multiple sports, a mentor with Big Brothers/Big Sisters, and a certified foster parent in both Vermont and Florida. His lifelong dedication to youth development reflects his belief in the power of safe & supportive environments to help children realize their full potential.

Paul has been part of the Naples community since 2001 and a full-time resident since 2018, alongside his wife, Gisela, and their two daughters, Lily and Kylie. As a devoted husband and father, family remains his greatest source of inspiration. Whether leading in business, coaching on the field, or serving in the community, Paul is guided by a commitment to excellence, integrity, and creating opportunities that make a lasting impact.

The search process was conducted over several months by Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s CEO Search Team, and a Search Committee comprised of dedicated board members.

We thank you for your continued support of our Clubs. Without your generosity and dedication, we would not be able to support the many kids and teens who enter our doors each day.

Sincerely, Charles Weinrich, BGCCC Board Chair
