President, CEO Named ENPY Finalist

We’re pleased to announce that Megan McCarthy Beauvais, President and CEO of the Boys & Girls Club of Collier County, is one of three finalists for Nonprofit Executive of the Year, the premier honor for CEOs and Presidents who lead organizations in Southwest Florida.

The Excellence in Nonprofit Performance Yearly awards, or ENPYS, is an initiative of the Cape Coral Community Foundation to recognize the region’s topperforming nonprofit organizations and their leaders, employees, volunteers and business partners.

Megan joined the Boys & Girls Club in 2016 and has served as president for the past three years. Under her leadership, the Club has grown to serve more than 3,000 children and teens annually. As of early September, the Club now has 128 employees and 876 volunteers between the Nichols Campus in Naples and Bolch Campus in Immokalee.

Congratulations, Megan!

Board Member Honored as 40-Under-40 Recipient

Gulfshore Business recently named Emma Osborne, a passionate member of our Board of Directors, as one of its 40-under-40 honorees for 2021. Every year, the magazine selects 40 rising business professionals in Southwest Florida, each younger than 40, while acknowledging their accomplishments and contributions to the community.

A Trust and Estate Attorney at Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC, Emma has been a steady volunteer and advocate for the Boys & Girls Club since moving to Naples. In 2017, Emma co-founded the Club’s NextGen philanthropy group, Friends Circle, which creates opportunities for young professionals to engage with the Club by promoting volunteer and fundraising opportunities. In 2018, she became Co-Chairwoman of the Friends Circle. At the urging of Boys & Girls Club leadership, Emma joined the Board of Directors in 2020. After agreeing to serve on the Board’s Planned Giving Committee, Emma was elected Committee Chairwoman of the group responsible for promoting the Heritage Club, a select group of supporters who have named the Boys & Girls Club as beneficiaries in their wills, trusts and retirement funds.

Emma also helps promote the Club’s Holiday Toy Drive and Stuff the Bus Back 2 School campaign for school supplies. Congratulations, Emma!
