Membership

Clubhouses

Membership at the Boys & Girls Club of Collier County is completely free, with open enrollment available for all youth ages 5–18 at our Naples (Nichols) and Immokalee (Bolch) campuses.

21st Century Community Learning Centers

Eligibility-based programs are offered at select school-based sites and on-site at the Nichols Campus, prioritizing youth who are performing below grade-level benchmarks and needing additional academic support.

Virtual Clubhouse - Coming Soon

Online tutoring, clubs, and mentoring for families needing flexible access to Club programs.

Membership Details

  • Ages Served: 5–18 years
  • Annual Membership Renewal: Required each year and provided at no cost to families
  • Hours: After school, early release days, full-day programs during breaks, and summer camp
  • Transportation: Available from many local schools to our Clubhouses

Who can become a member?

The Boys & Girls Club of Collier County serves children and teens ages 5 - 18. Programs and activities are designed to meet the developmental needs of each age group.

How much does membership cost?

Membership is currently offered at no cost thanks to the generosity of our donors, community partners, and grant funding.

How do I register my child?

Families can complete the online membership application through our website.

Please note: Submitting a membership application does not guarantee enrollment. Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive an email notifying you whether your child has been accepted based on program availability. A Club staff member will contact you if any additional information is needed.

What documents are required for enrollment?

Registration requirements may include parent or guardian identification, emergency contact information, medical information and allergies, immunization records (if applicable), school information, and any additional forms required by the Club.

Is there a waiting list?

Enrollment is based on available space. Some programs or locations may have a waiting list during periods of high demand. We encourage families to apply as early as possible.

What are your hours of operation?

The Club generally follows the Collier County Public Schools (CCPS) calendar. Families should contact the Family Services & Membership Office for the most current site calendar, operating hours, and scheduled closures. 

General Hours

Regular School Days: 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM
CCPS Early Dismissal Days: 11:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Full-Day Camps / Select CCPS School Break Days: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
21st CCLC Programs: Vary by site

Do you provide after-school care?

Yes. Our after-school program offers a safe, supervised environment where youth receive homework assistance, participate in educational and recreational activities, enjoy healthy meals and snacks, and build positive relationships with caring staff.

Do you offer summer camp?

Yes. Our summer program provides full-day programming that includes educational enrichment, arts, sports, swimming, field trips, STEM activities, and nutritious meals and snacks.

Summer Camp Attendance Policy: Campers may miss up to five (5) days during the summer session. Additional absences require a doctor's note or approval due to extenuating circumstances.

Do you provide transportation?

Transportation availability varies by location and school. Please contact your local Club for transportation options.

Will my child receive meals?

The Club provides meals and snacks depending on the program day and site schedule. 

Examples may include: 

  • dinner during after-school programming 
  • breakfast, lunch, and snack during full-day programming 

Food service procedures are in place to support health, sanitation, nutrition, and allergy safety. 

Family Responsibilities 

  • Parents/guardians must report food allergies and dietary restrictions during registration. 
  • Members may not share food. 
  • If food is brought from home, it must be properly packed according to site guidance. Refrigeration or reheating is not available.
What kinds of activities will my child participate in?

Members have access to homework help and academic enrichment, STEM activities, sports and recreation, leadership and character development, visual and performing arts, career exploration and workforce readiness, health and wellness programs, and special events.

How do you keep children safe?

The safety of our members is our highest priority. We maintain secure facilities, trained staff, established safety procedures, and comprehensive policies designed to provide a safe, positive, and welcoming environment for every child.

Can my child attend every day?

Yes. Registered members are encouraged to attend regularly to receive the greatest benefit from our programs.

What if my child has allergies, medical needs, or requires accommodations?

Please share any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or special accommodations during the registration process. Our staff will work with families to provide appropriate support whenever possible.

How will I know what's happening at the Club?

We communicate regularly with families through email, text messages, phone calls, social media, and our website regarding schedules, special events, program updates, and important announcements.

Can parents tour the Club?

Parents and guardians are welcome to schedule a tour or speak with Club staff to learn more about our programs.

What if I need to update my contact information?

Please notify your Club as soon as possible if your address, phone number, emergency contacts, or authorized pickup information changes.
