Transportation home available from all school-based sites in Immokalee.
In addition to open Clubhouse programming, the Nichols Club hosts a 21st CCLC program that specifically serves members from Calusa Park, Shadowlawn, Parkside, and Avalon Elementary Schools.
Eligibility-based programs are offered at select school-based sites and on-site at the Nichols Campus, prioritizing youth who are performing below grade-level benchmarks and needing additional academic support.

Each of the schools we serve collaborates closely with school administrative teams and principals to ensure that students with increased need for academic support are served. Our program is designed to help students who score Level 1 or lower on state standardized testing or who are struggling with academic grades. This program is for students in grades K–12.
21st CCLC membership is federally funded through the Department of Education, resulting in free membership for participating students. The program provides access to academic support, enrichment activities, and youth development opportunities at no cost to families.
Families can complete the online membership application through our website.
Please note: Submitting a membership application does not guarantee enrollment. Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive an email notifying you whether your child has been accepted based on program availability. A Club staff member will contact you if any additional information is needed.
Registration requirements may include parent or guardian identification, emergency contact information, medical information and allergies, immunization records (if applicable), school information, and any additional forms required by the Club.
Enrollment is based on available space. Some programs or locations may have a waiting list during periods of high demand. We encourage families to apply as early as possible.
The 21st CCLC program follows the Collier County Public Schools (CCPS) calendar. Families should contact their Site Coordinator for the most current site calendar, operating hours, and scheduled closures. Each location varies based on the end of day closure.
Yes. To provide educational and enrichment opportunities within the program, the 21st CCLC grant provides full-day programming that includes educational enrichment, arts, sports, swimming, field trips, STEM activities, and nutritious meals and snacks. Spring camp runs for one week, and summer camp runs for two weeks.
Summer Camp Attendance Policy: Due to high demand and the grants attendance requirements, campers may miss up to two (2) days during the spring and summer sessions. Additional absences require a doctor's note or approval due to extenuating circumstances.
Transportation availability varies depending on location and school. Please contact your local Club or School-Based Site for transportation options.
Each school-based site collaborates with the nutrition services program to provide a warm meal and/or snack after students have been dismissed from school. Nichols Club members will receive a meal based on arrangements already in place for regular Club programming.

Food service procedures are in place to support health, sanitation, nutrition, and allergy safety.
Family Responsibilities
Members have access to homework help and academic enrichment, STEM activities, sports and recreation, leadership and character development, visual and performing arts, career exploration and workforce readiness, health and wellness programs, and special events.
The safety of our members is our highest priority. We maintain secure facilities, trained staff, established safety procedures, and comprehensive policies designed to provide a safe, positive, and welcoming environment for every child.
Yes. Registered 21st CCLC members are expected to attend regularly to receive the full benefits of our programs. Due to the high demand for services, students with consistently low attendance may be removed from the program to allow space for other students on the waiting list who are in need of these opportunities.
Please share any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or special accommodations during the registration process. Our staff will work with families to provide appropriate support whenever possible.
We communicate regularly with families through email, text messages, phone calls, social media, and our website regarding schedules, special events, program updates, and important announcements.
Please notify your Site Coordinator as soon as possible if your address, phone number, emergency contacts, or authorized pickup information changes.
