We are saddened to learn that community philanthropist and long-time friend of Boys & Girls Club of Collier County, Mrs. Dorothy Hess Baker, has passed away. Our sincere condolences to her family and friends. She was a passionate community volunteer, a visionary leader, and she will truly be missed.
We are so grateful to have known Dorothy Baker. Her support and generosity will certainly live on vibrantly in our Clubs. Music, the Arts, education and youth were always a part of her life and she instilled her values in our Clubs through the establishment of the Arts & Youth Development wing at the Nichols Club in Naples, giving children and teens the space to properly explore the Arts.
