This space is built for teens ages 13–18 who are ready to explore what’s next.
At the Boys & Girls Club of Collier County, The Club. Teens Only connects you to real opportunities, real skills, and real experiences that help you become future-ready, whether that path includes college, career training, or entering the workforce.
Explore your interests. Build your skills. Get paid to learn. Lead with confidence.
Join high-interest groups and activities. Go on field trips and tour colleges. Try out careers before you choose one.
Explore hundreds of career pathways through Transfr VR Career Trek, hands-on workshops, guest speakers, and real-world career experiences, while also engaging in high-interest clubs and activities such as arts, sports, e-sports, and technology. Discover what you’re good at, what excites you, and how your interests, both recreational and career-focused, connect to future opportunities, from creative and digital fields to skilled trades and professional careers.
Get paid while building your future.
Teens can participate in paid work-based learning opportunities, earning stipends of up to $2,500 per semester while gaining hands-on experience, industry-recognized credentials, and résumé-ready skills.
Stand out and be recognized.
Develop leadership skills, earn certifications, compete for scholarships, and represent your Club through programs like Youth of the Year. Build confidence, find your voice, and grow into a leader.
Dedicated teen centers provide safe, welcoming spaces to study, connect, create, and recharge. Teens also have access to high-interest activities including arts, sports, e-sports, fitness, and open recreation, all supported by staff who believe in your goals.

Boys & Girls Club of Collier County
The Club. Teens Only is designed to help young people successfully transition from adolescence into adulthood with clear direction, strong skills, and meaningful experiences.
Through a structured progression of career exploration, workforce readiness, leadership development, and enrichment, teens gain exposure to career pathways, paid work-based learning opportunities, and industry-recognized credentials. Participants build practical skills such as communication, teamwork, time management, and financial literacy, while also engaging in arts, sports, and recreation that support well-rounded development.
Programs are facilitated by trained staff in safe, supervised environments and strengthened through partnerships with schools, employers, and career training institutions. Whether a teen is college-bound, career-focused, or still exploring options, The Club. Teens Only provides the guidance, experiences, and support needed to make informed decisions and build a strong foundation for the future.
