CORE AREA
At BGCCC, character comes first. Our mission is to help youth grow into responsible, caring citizens and future leaders. Through structured programs, mentorship, and meaningful community partnerships, we guide members in developing the emotional and behavioral regulation needed to succeed in school, relationships, and life.
This initiative is powered by mentorship — with staff and volunteers from across the community dedicating their time and talents to walk alongside our youth as role models and guides.
An introduction to respect, etiquette, and positive behavior in school and social settings.
Small-group leadership development where members learn service, responsibility, and decision-making.
(Middle & High School) Gender-specific programs that promote self-esteem, accountability, and community involvement.
The premier leadership development experience for teens, focused on academic success, career preparation, and community service.
BGCCC’s signature recognition program celebrating teens who embody leadership, service, academic excellence, and healthy lifestyles.
