– In your journal, reflect on yesterday’s work. What was difficult about practicing saying “no”? Did you find it difficult figuring out how to respond in the three different scenarios? Do you think you feel better prepared to say “no” to peer pressure in the future?
– Today, open up the Know Your Nos Part 2 sheet. Review the first sheet and practice saying no in an assertive way.
– In your journal, write down your responses to the three new scenarios. What would you do in each situation? Do you do what you feel is right, or follow along with others? What is the right thing to do in each of those situations?
