The Boys & Girls Club of Collier County is seeking qualified lifeguards!
TITLE: Lifeguards
DEPARTMENT: Program
REPORTS TO: Athletic Director
Lifeguard: $25.00 per hour
We are looking for qualified lifeguards! Applicants must be eighteen (18) years or older and American Red Cross certified. Boys & Girls Club of Collier County will cover the cost of the American Red Cross certification for qualified candidates who are hired. Lifeguards observe the youth in and around the pool and bathhouse to ensure safe behavior and help those in distress. Lifeguards also monitor the pool, bathhouse, and surrounding areas for safety hazards. Must be able to adhere to the rules of the club and maintain order. Create an atmosphere of fun, cooperation, fairness, and learning for the members of the aquatic facilities. Previous lifeguard experience a plus but not required. Must be able to work with children of all ages and be a positive role model.
